Terms of Use
This is an English translation for convenience. The Turkish Kullanım Koşulları is the binding version.
These terms govern your use of the Studio EA mobile app (the “App”). The App is provided by Eda Aktaş Korol (“EA Studio”, “we”) and developed on EA Studio's behalf by Velqor (velqor.io). By creating an account or using the App you accept these terms.
Health notice. The exercises in the App are for general information and exercise; they do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy. If you have a herniated disc or any other health condition, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery, talk to your doctor or physiotherapist before you start. If you feel pain, numbness, dizziness or discomfort during an exercise, stop immediately and see a health professional.
1. The service
The App lets you watch exercise videos organised in sections, track your progress and save lessons. We may change, add or remove content and features from time to time.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up.
- Your account is personal; do not share it. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- Tell us straight away if you think your account is being used without your permission.
- If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent of your parent or guardian.
3. Free lessons and the Premium subscription
- The first lesson of every section is free. The other lessons require a Studio EA Premium subscription.
- The subscription plans, their prices and any free trial are shown in the App before you buy. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Premium access until then.
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription starts.
- Refund requests are handled under the refund rules of the store you bought from (Apple or Google).
- Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription; cancel it separately in the store.
- You will be told about price changes in advance, as the store's rules require.
4. Intellectual property
The videos, texts, logo and other content in the App belong to EA Studio or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Downloading, recording, copying, reproducing, publishing, sharing or otherwise using the content is not allowed.
5. Unacceptable use
When using the App you agree not to:
- try to get around the security of the App or the servers, or access content without permission,
- reverse-engineer the App or collect content with automated tools,
- use the App in a way that disrupts the service,
- use someone else's account or open an account on someone else's behalf.
6. Closing your account
You can delete your account in the App at any time (Delete account). We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms.
7. Liability
We take care to provide the App without interruptions or errors, but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for harm arising from doing the exercises against the health notice or in a way unsuited to your personal condition, for temporary interruptions of the service, or for indirect damage. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. App stores
If you downloaded the App from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms of use also apply. These terms are between EA Studio and you; Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. As a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set by law, and to consumer courts above them, is reserved.
